hey man, i know the solution, u downloaded the setup, but it says its done, but it is not, you only downloaded like 124 Megabytes, instead of that its 1.0Gigabytes, so get the idm download manager, from the topic, how to download without interruptions.. blablabla, haha, download the IDM Downloader, get it, download the setup with the IDM, and you will get the setup fully downloaded,
